University Selection

Document Screening
Our Documents Screening team will assess your Documents. Requirement of Immigration, Weakness of the Documents, Errors etc
Document Processing
The concerned institution will check all the documents and advise for the necessary preparation
Apply for Immigration
All the prepared documents are submitted to the concerned immigration office
Confirmation of Eligibility
Immigration office will announce the result of the applicants. Those who receive the COE's are eligible to apply for visa in Japanese Embassy in Kathmandu, Nepal.
NOC from MOE
No objection certificate issued by the Ministry of Education is needed to send the needed amount to the school account in Japan
Transfer Academic Fee
After receiving the NOC, swiftly send all the agreed School Fees and Hostel Fees at the School Account by swift
Japan Embassy
After receiving the needed School Fees and Hostel Fees, school sends us the original documents together with COE
Visa Processing
After receiving all the Original Documents, we will make your necessary application to apply in embassy of Japan in Nepal.
Embassy can reject your application if your language is weak or grant you visa.
Pre-Departure/Flight
Once your visa is stamped, we’ll schedule a pre-departure info session. Learn about challenges, opportunities, rules, and your career in Japan. Now, board your flight with your ticket ready!
